Create your Event or Webinar

Step 1 – Create your Event or Webinar in our interface, it’s a simple process, all you do is enter the Event / Webinar details like Title, Description, Location or Login URL, Date and Time! It’s all the information you already have. 

Upload Registrations

Step 2 – Once your Event / Webinar is created, the next step is to import all the registrations. We offer a very simple import function, you can download our sample CSV file, and then add all the registrations in the same format and simply upload and import the same. All your registrations will be imported in a snap! What’s more is that our smart module will alert you of any formatting errors, repeat / duplicate contacts and make the import process, simple and easy!

Send the Invite

Step 3 – Now that you have your event / webinar details in place and your contacts imported, all that’s left is to hit the send button! A small confirmation / preview appears and voila, your invitations are on their way out to your registered contact’s email/calendar app box!
