Customer Support

We provide different types of support depending on the plan you select, support is provided via Help Articles, Ticket Based Forum, Email Support, Chat Support and Phone Support. Pick a plan to know more about the type of support provided with the same.

Yes! Our Specialists can walk you through the entire process to ensure that your account is set up for success. Simply reach out to us on [email protected] and we will help you get started.

Features

A credit is an invite sent, updated or cancelled. 1 Credit = 1 outgoing message to 1 User.

A credit is deducted from your account whenever you send out a calendar invite in form of new invite, updated invite or when you send an event cancelation or postpone notification as well.

App word is our version of the App Store, we will be adding apps that we integrate with for e.g. Webinars and Virtual Events apps like Zoom, GoToWebinar or CRMs like Hubspot for easy navigation and flow of data without manual intervention. These app integrations will be available under our App World feature

We currently provide integration with any and all SMTP services that follow SMTP protocol and standard Authentication method. So this includes all major services like – SendGrid, MailGun, Mailjet, Mandriall by Mailchimp etc.. Please note we cannot integrate with SMTP services that require 2-Factor or Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for sending out a message.

Yes, additional charges may apply. As long as your tool or app has standard APIs and a documentation that our team can read/follow and complete the integration and/or a support team that can respond to any issues during integration / testing we can do the integration.

Yes, we do not rollover unused credits, so essentially credits assigned each month will expire if unused.

Once you upgrade to “Forever Free” plan, your users will see your name and your email id in the senders info. The Calendar invite they receive and the email they receive as well as the Reply To email id they see, all will reflect your name, email address and domain. They will not see Let’s Calendar anywhere. This happens when you link your own SMTP service and configure a sending identity.

A Sending Identity is nothing but a Senders Name (You/Your company name or Event Name), Senders Email id (the email id your users see from where the email has come from) and a Reply To Email id (the email id on which their replies will be routed to). This is done to reflect your name and email id to your users and not of Let’s Calendar

Once you upgrade to any of our Paid Plans, you will not have any “sending limits” from Let’s Calendars side, however the sending limit will now be defined by your SMTP service provider (SendGrid, Amazon SES, MailGun etc). Like for e.g. initially Amazon SES or any SMTP service imposes a per-day email sending limit in order to protect your sending reputation. The process can vary for different providers. Note: While there are not “sending limits” from Let’s Calendar’s side, each send constitutes to credit consumption and may be subjected to overage charges.

Pricing and Plans

We do not provide any refunds, we offer a Free Trial (no credit card required) as well as a Forever Free Plan (no credit card required) and hence we recommend all users try Let’s Calendar out by using these free plans and then decide to upgrade to a paid plan as per their requirement. They can always approach out support and sales team to have any questions answered or seek clarifications before upgrading. If the user if facing any issues, they can always approach support team to help sort out the same as long as possible and as per SLAs defined.

All plans includes all the monthly charges currently; you will be required to pay additional fees only if you exceed the free credits as per our pricing table. Local taxes if applicable in your country / regions are to be paid by you directly to your respective tax authorities. Any customizations requests are chargeable separately, for which you will receive a detailed quote before any work starts and is billed to you.

A credit is an invite sent, updated or cancelled. 1 Credit = 1 outgoing message to 1 User.

A credit is deducted from your account whenever you send out a calendar invite in form of new invite, updated invite or when you send an event cancelation or postpone notification as well.

We use trusted and secure 3rd party payment gateway to process payments. Our current partner is Stripe which is a global leader in payment processing and they will store your credit card information securely on their servers. This information is not shared with us, only a confirmation of success and failure is shared with us.

An overage charge is paid by you on a per credit basis when your account crosses it’s quota of allocated free credits and you have additional calendar invites to send. Let’s say you are left with 500 free credits, and you are trying to send an invite to 1000 new users. So now the first 500 invites will be deducted from the available credits in your account and the remaining 500 credits will be charged to you as per the overage charge on your account.

Overage charges are on a per credit basis, and are calculated and charged to you at the end of the billing cycle.

Currently we bill monthly, for annual plan you can write to [email protected] and we will get back to you.

Yes, you can cancel your active subscription anytime you like, however please note that your subscription will be cancelled from the next billing cycle onwards, and you may be charged for any overage charges that will be applicable in the timeframe your subscription is cancelled.

YES, we offer you more than just a “Free Trial”, we offer you a “Forever Free” account, which you can configure and use! This way you can test the features of Let’s Calendar before making the decision to upgrade to a paid plan.

Yes, we do not rollover unused credits, so essentially credits assigned each month will expire if unused.

Currently we accept payments only via Credit Card. If you wish to change this to a Wire-Transfer method, you need to contact us on [email protected] and maintain a pre-paid balance with us.

Our base currency is US Dollars, however our payment gateway supports processing payments in 135+ currencies so you can opt-to pay for the plan in your own native currency, and it will be converted to USD by our payment gateway. Note: You may be charged a foreign exchange fee by your credit card company if you opt for paying in your native currency.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plans as per your requirements. An upgrade happens immediately, however a downgrade will happen only at the end of your current billing cycle. Any and all overage charges must be paid at the end of the month as per your existing plans

Yes and No, depends on which SMTP service provider you integrate with and your plan on their service. For e.g. SendGrid allows you to send 100 emails/day in their free plan and Mailjet allows you to send 6,000 emails per month / 200 emails per day in their free plan, so if you are within these limits, you do not need to pay additional. If you use Amazon SES, then they provide 62,000 email credits for free. After that Amazon SES charges $1 for 10K email credits.
