Do you store our Credit Card Information

We use trusted and secure 3rd party payment gateway to process payments. Our current partner is Stripe which is a global leader in payment processing and they will store your credit card information securely on their servers. This information is not shared with us, only a confirmation of success and failure is shared with us.

What is a Credit?

A credit is an invite sent, updated or cancelled. 1 Credit = 1 outgoing message to 1 User. A credit is deducted from your account whenever you send out a calendar invite in form of new invite, updated invite or when you send an event cancelation or postpone notification as well.

Are there any hidden charges or Taxes? Will I have to pay more at the end of the billing cycle?

All plans includes all the monthly charges currently; you will be required to pay additional fees only if you exceed the free credits as per our pricing table.
